Faux Finishing - This includes techniques such as marbleizing, distressing, glazing, sfumatto, sponging, gold leaf application, etc. Average price $ 95 per sq. yard
Child- Room Murals - A perfect compliment to a young child's space; - great for stimulating early cognitive development(non-toxic materials only!). Average price $ 95 per sq. yard
Full Scale Antiquated Fresco Type Murals (If you like the patina of time-worn European Villas, you will love this look!) - this is a very exclusive type of work which involves painting a large scale design and later "aging" the painting in appropriate hues to correspond with the overall room design. Furniture - hand painted detail work on either older or new pieces that need more personality Price depends upon degree of detail in the finished image. Average $ 65 per sq. foot.
Preparation of Color Compatibility Charts- complimentary with any of the above services; regularly $ 55 per room.
Complete Color Scheme Coordination - complimentary with any of the other Interior Design materials and finishes ordered, this service is also offered as a courtesy to any outside design professional who is assisting our clients in the overall design of their space. In the case of no such assistance, we will be pleased to consult you. Fee is the same as in our Design Consultation.
Design Consultation before, during, and as a complimentary follow-up - This service includes a preliminary interview to determine your design goals and preferences taking into account not only the area of mural decoration, but the whole architectural space as our goal will be to guide you toward seamless integration of all aspects of your interior. The hourly fee for Design Consultation is $150.
Highly recommended for any major scope of wall work, complimentary with our Full Scale Antiquated Fresco type Murals.
Feng Shui Consultation - This is based on the ancient Chinese practice of balancing the "chi" or energy flow in our surrounding living environment with focus on achieving a greater compatibility between the way we live/work and the ways our bodily energies respond to what surrounds us. The consultation will include an evaluation of furniture placement and of blocked energy "chi" pathways which may obstruct the full capacity of your work environment and will also propose ways to remedy and /or enhance the general auspiciousness of your space.The hourly fee for Feng Shui Consultation is $150.
